We are a non-partisan team of leadership and organizational psychologists, facilitators, coaches, and concerned citizens who use our knowledge of neuroscience, psychology, and facilitation to help people from all walks of life and viewpoints build and maintain sustainable and courageous connections.

Robb Schachter, Psy.D. - Founder, Executive Director

Robb is a leadership and organizational psychologist, consultant, facilitator, executive coach, and instructional designer. As an experienced business owner and consulting psychologist he possesses a deep understanding of the cultural, psychosocial, and neurological bases of the complex challenges facing organizations. His practice model is based on neuroscientific and socianalytic methods. He is passionate about creating brave yet fun spaces in which to explore the sources of our everyday behaviors in the workplace and society.

Robb holds a PsyD in Leadership Psychology from William James College where his research centered on the neurophysiological activity associated with gender bias. He holds an MBA with a specialty in Entrepreneurial Studies from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University. He is also a Licensed Practitioner in Kantor Structural Dynamics.

Traci Blecher - Facilitator

Traci Blecher is an accomplished training leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience working in finance and health care.  Her expertise includes leadership and talent development from needs assessment to designing and facilitating impactful learning experiences.   

She is known for her enthusiastic and engaging presentation skills and the ability to incorporate creative and interactive techniques in every program. She approaches each development opportunity with the goal of engaging each learner and ensuring understanding through the enjoyment of the course materials. 

 She believes the key to an engaged workforce and a strong organizational culture is to provide ongoing transformational experiences through training, facilitation, and coaching. 

In her free time, Traci enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Laila Goodman, M. Ed. - Facilitator

Laila Goodman is a high school educator since 1985, first as a public school teacher and for the bulk of her career in independent schools.  Since 2005, she has worked at Gann Academy, a pluralistic Jewish high school in Waltham Massachusetts.  She currently teaches The Biological Basis of Behavior and Anatomy and Physiology.  Laila is also the Spiritual Advisor, a diverse position which includes designing and implementing Jewish experiential educational programs. Laila graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marine Ecology and she has an M.Ed from Harvard University with a focus on Science Education.   

Laila and her husband, Barry Moir live in Gloucester, Massachusetts.  They have 2 adult children, one wonderful grandson and five chickens who provide plenty of eggs.
